Heading up our organization is a person familiar to the home building  industry across Canada.  CARB’s CEO Grant Ainsley served as Executive Officer of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Alberta for over 12 years and led the association during a period of unprecedented growth in both the size of the industry and association.

Ainsley has also served on a large number of provincial and national Boards and committees related to the home building and land development industries.

Mark de Jong
V.P. Marketing

Mark provides a creative edge for CARB.

de Jong brings close to a decade in graphic design, website creation and marketing to the position. He assumes primary responsibility for designing and implementing the tools that CARB will use to communicate with its builder members and a number of other stakeholders.
